Currumbin Wildlife Park is an awesome and great place to visit when on the Gold Coast. Get there at 8am and feeding the birds is a great experience. Then go through and see all the wonderful Aussie wildlife. Getting up close and being able to touch and hold the animals is such a good experience and its hard to find that anywhere else. Defiantly recommend visiting!!

Had my son and family over from the uk and wanted something we could all enjoy . The wildlife park fitted the bill . First we went to the Blinky Bill show and although it is aimed straight at the kids it was good to see the recycling message being promoted . We then did the wild bird show and WOW to that that close to such great birds was inspiring and the Eagle at the end even made a few of us shed a tear . We also went on the train that takes you around the park , stopping of to see the Crocs and the Kangaroos amongst others . A great day out and with the discount code from experience oz it didnt cost the earth .

Great wildlife park, easy parking not too crowded. The half price vouchers $25 each adult instead of $50 helped us out so much, we could afford to buy our little girl a souvenir with the saved money! She loved the park especially the free bird flight show, a must see! Overall i'd recommend the park to any family or couple.

This is a great fun place for families! The zoo contains multitude of events, shows and attractions! This include dingo encounters, free flight bird shows and even crocodile feeding of the park's massive saltwater crocodile. The experience we had at the zoo was awesome and my kids enjoy the zoo very much!

Great experience at the Wildlife Sanctuary...wonderful for the kids. The bird show was very impressive and emotive. And the grounds beautifully kept.... Better than the Big Amusements parks particularly for kids under 5. Thanks

I went to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary with a group of 3 adults and 4 children (ages 3-9) and we all loved it. The kids were excited about feeding kangaroos and seeing crocodiles, snakes and koalas up close. The bird show wowed us all, with a wedge tail eagle swooping so close to our heads that we could feel our hair ruffle from the breeze. Absolutely amazing experience and good day out, with food being reasonably priced (though ice cream was expensive) and easily obtainable. The Home Hill Tree House was a good way to end the day (near the exit).

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary was a very nice experience for us. As RACQ member we got free parking and discount on meals (which were very good). Our group was composed of 3 adults and 4 kids, we tried to follow the shows time but after a couple of them, we gave up as the Sanctuary was very busy and was hard to get a good spot to get to see the show. We then decided to walk around at our own pace, catching the little free train when we were way too tired to keep walking! We visited dingoes, tree kangaroos, aviaries, kangaroos, crocodiles, reptiles. There is plenty of beautiful and fascinating animals to see and to learn about. We really enjoyed. The Sanctuary has a lot to see and it is quite vast to be visited in few hours so we'll go back asap.

The morning spent at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary was great. I had not been there for some time, so it was a perfect way to be reminded of all the wonderful experiences at the Wildlife Sanctuary. The park has a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of fun animals interactions. The lovely shaded walkways are a great bonus.

Went to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary with a few friends last year, and had an amazing time. One of our friend's 4 year old niece absolutely loved seeing all the animals and had a blast of a time (she especially loved the kangaroos and koalas!) As with all attractions, don't expect food to be cheap! Best to bring in your own bottle of water. The entry tickets were relatively cheap too, so it didn't cost us an arm an a leg to get in with 4 adults and a child. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who adores nature and animals.

We went to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and it was a great day out. We spend roughly 4 hours climbing in the Adventure Park. The children, aged 13 had a great time (just one finished the black course though - it is very high). The little one loved the train ride, feeding the wallabies and the playground. It was worth the trip

We were a group of Singaporeans with 9 adults, 2 kids & 1 toddler and was our 1st family trip to Australia. We purchased the tickets for Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary prior to our trip and visited the Sanctuary on 6 March 2014 (1 day before our return flight to Singapore. Happy and Enjoy are the words we have! The kids and adults had so much fun exploring the park and of course, feeding the kangaroos. Thank You Experience Oz for giving us a memorable Gold Coast Holiday!!!

My family visited there from Auckland. My kids are age 12 boy and age 10 girl who are not interested in Zoo. However my friedns strongly recommended, so anyway we visited. We arrived from 8:00am bird feeding (It's free but give them donation. It's worth it) till very late afternoon. It was one of best attraction in Gold Coast even for big children! Kids took picture with Koala and baby crocodile. The price was reusable. The bird show was amazing and we spend long time with kangaroos. The volunteer guides were so friendly and helpful. My kids said they wanted stay more longer. We visited just after school holiday so not many tourist. I really recomend to visit there for all age group. And need all day to spend.

CWS is a great place to visit to experience Australian Wildlife. There are many hands on experiences to have such as photo opportunities with various animals, kangaroo and lorikeet feeding, and a great free flight bird show. There is a train that takes you around the park and there is plenty of opportunities to fuel up in various parts of the park. We loved visiting just as much as our children did.

IT IS ALWAYS MUCH ENJOYED AND GIVES VISITORS A REAL FEEL FOR THE INCREDIBLE ANIMALS WE HAVE HERE IN AUSTRALIA WITHOUT HAVING TO TRAVEL FAR TO SEE THEM. YOU ALL DO SUCH AN AMAZING JOB AND WITH THE DECLINE IN NUMBERS OF THE KOALAS AND DEVILS, PRESERVING THEM FOR OUR GRANDCHILDREN IS SO IMPORTANT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The Bird Sanctuary (as it will always be to me, even though they changed the name to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary years ago) is still a great value day out if you like animals as they have pretty much every major species covered. It's a good introduction for foreigners and first-timers to Australia and usually not too crowded from the times i've been there. Be sure to stay around before closing time for feeding the Lorrikeets!
